About
Dr. Stephanie Rudd, PhD, LCSW, LCAC
My role will never be to tell you what to do; rather we will work together to find the perfect solution for you. I accept clients from all backgrounds, identities, and cultures. I have a warm welcome for those of the LGBTQ+ community along with open relationship structures/polyamory. Areas of most experience include anxiety, depression, OCD, and addiction (harm reduction model, preferably). No area or challenge is too small or seemingly too insignificant in which to engage in therapy.
My approach to therapy is to treat the whole person, consider their strengths as the pillar of care, and always be in the passenger seat while the client is in the driver’s seat. My goal is to help every client reach their own full potential, in a relaxed setting, that focuses on each person’s unique strengths and protective factors.
Everyone should have an outlet to explore challenges, make changes, and simply process thoughts as this experience is critical to your health. Feel free to reach out for a free telephone consultation to see if you feel I might be a good fit for you. Being fully telehealth, your location is not a factor!
Stephanie Rudd, PhD, LCSW, LCAC is the founder and CEO of Healing Through Authenticity Counseling & Consulting LLC. She has worked as a social worker for over 20 years in various capacities, including individual treatment, management of social service programs, higher education professorship, and corporate consulting. Stephanie is passionate about identifying and uncovering the existing personal strengths of each client, person, or team/organization in order to strengthen relationships and manage personal challenging feelings and symptoms. Stephanie uses authenticity in her business name because that word encapsulates who she is and how she runs her practice. She is relaxed, open-minded, anti-oppressive, and sees therapy and consulting as a conversation, relationship, with a genuine connection, all centering on meeting your needs and expectations.
